Washington at Washington State: One will win, but who will care?

The once-proud teams meet this weekend, having gone a combined 0-20 this season against other major schools. Wednesday marks the 25th anniversary of the worst game played in Pacific 10 history -- maybe in the history of college football -- a rainy, pointless, scoreless tie waged Nov. 19, 1983, between Oregon State and Oregon in Eugene.
