The Indianapolis Star reports that Mike Dunleavy will miss "the start of the season" due to the ongoing knee issue that limited him to 12 minutes in the preseason. The team is calling it "tendinitis" in his right knee. Dunleavy said Monday that he doesn't know when he will return. "(I'm) pretty concerned, considering it has taken so long," Dunleavy said. "We have great health care here, so for it not to be working as well as we'd like is definitely concerning." Marquis Daniels will replace him in the starting lineup.
