Fable 2. If there is another game that is as eagerly anticipated on the Xbox 360, then I (like many others), must be living in a cave. From the mind of industry legend, Peter Molyneux, Fable 2 will present the player with a larger game world, enhanced graphics and a number of other improvements over the original, released in 2004.
Today - we've got a treat for those awaiting the title, in the form of a new trailer. There is not much I can say about the trailer, other than the fact that it makes me considerably more interested in the title than what I was prior. So what is all the fuss about? MORE NEWS ON HI-TECH, SOFTWARE, DOWNLOADS, HARDWARE, COMPUTERS IN WORLDFeatured Freeware: NetVideoHunterDon't be deceived by this Firefox extension's unassuming user interface, it's actually a very capable video player. NetVideoHunter operates via a tiny icon and counter that appear in your status bar. When you click on the icon, a window appears for viewing videos. A step-by-step guide walks you through the process--a definite plus for novices. Watching a YouTube video, for example, adds it to the counter. From there, click on NetVideoHunter's tiny icon to reveal a video link. We had two choices: to play or download the video. Play starts the video, while download saves the FLV to your hard drive. Watch out for where you save the video, and be wary of a help link on how to play FLV files that did all of nothing. Those are minor problems, though, and NetVideoHunter works great. The videos quickly appear in the queue, and play/save worked without any issues. This app is recommended. News :: General News : PS3 Trophy Support mandatory from Jan '09
Sony finally released the long-awaited 2.40 Firmware for the PlayStation 3, which amongst other things, added trophy support to the console, mirroring the achievements present on Microsoft's Xbox 360. For those embittered by a lack of trophy support on many games released on the PS3, it has been previously rumoured that, at some point in the future, all new games released on the console from must support trophies. A date for this has allegedly been confirmed by a spokesperson on behalf of Sony, and could be as early as January 2009. ]]

News :: Updates Patches : Saturday updates both Savage and Steamy
Steam updates for you this morning. The first one, while it improves the situation for zombie-hunters, is actually a change for the entire Steam client, so you should all need to download that one (it's only small, don't worry). The second, however, is specifically for you who play Savage 2 - and it's a bit more significant. Restart your Steam client and the changes should take place automatically - introducing new maps, a whole bunch of changes to the interface, and a few tweaks to both the dodge and charge systems. ]]
News :: General News : Pro at Cooking: Eggplant Parmesan - it's what's for dinner
Dave help you out, with this latest edition of Pro at Cooking! This episode sees our hero and Sous-Chef Natasha (she's vegan) working 'together' to produce a tasty Eggplant Parmesan. Yes, it's vegetarian, but we're promised that it's still yummy - maybe it's time that we give the steak a holiday, hmm? (To remind you (not that you need it) Dave is also an accomplished gamer as well as a master chef, and you may remember him from such online hits as Pure Pwnage.) ]]

Let's take a look at the most significant changes, some appreciated polish, and recap what's still missing."
